Huxley started with a move.
When I began preparing to relocate across the country with my dog, Huxley, I pulled together his vet records and realized I didn't actually have a clear grasp of his own health history. Vaccine dates, medications, past conditions — it was all buried across years of dense clinical notes. What I needed wasn't a way to transfer paperwork, it was a way to actually keep track of it.
It didn't take long to realize this mattered for more than just vets. Every time I've looked into a new sitter or boarding facility, I've had to explain Huxley's health details from scratch. A clean, shareable record turned out to be just as useful there as it was for veterinary care.
So I built the tool I wished existed — a single, organized, portable health record that belongs to you and your pet, not to whichever software your current vet happens to use.
